WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) joined Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) and Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) to introduce the Banning SPR Oil Exports to Foreign Adversaries Act. The bipartisan bill would prohibit the sale or export of oil from the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) to China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, or any entity owned or controlled by those nations.
